The esteemed Pascasarjana (Graduate Programmes) of Universitas Bandar Lampung, in conjunction with LLDikti Region II, situated in the southern regions of Sumatera, Indonesia, is pleased to extend a warm invitation to you for the inaugural First International Conference on Management, Leadership, and Organisational Sciences (ICoMLOS 2023). This momentous event, organised in collaboration with the esteemed IJCMR International Journal, will be conducted in a hybrid format, combining both physical and virtual participation. The conference is scheduled to take place on the 7th of December, 2023, within the distinguished premises of the Auditorium Pascasarjana Universitas Bandar Lampung, located in Indonesia.

The ICoMLOS conference serves as a platform that fosters and facilitates scholarly discourse and investigation in the fields of Management, Leadership, and Organisational Sciences, with a particular emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches. The ICoMLOS, or International Conference on Mediaeval and Late Ottoman Studies, provides a platform for scholars to showcase and deliberate upon their research ideas, nascent projects, and comprehensive papers. The primary objective of this conference is to foster a conducive atmosphere for constructive interaction, active engagement, and meaningful dialogue among participants. This scholarly gathering aims to cultivate a friendly and supportive environment, conducive to intellectual growth and collaboration.
