The upcoming Second International Conference on on Management, Leadership and Organizational Science (ICoMLOS) in 2024, which is being organised by the Graduate School of Universitas Bandar Lampung in Indonesia, will adopt a hybrid format. Universitas Bandar Lampung, henceforth referred to as UBL, is widely regarded as the preeminent private institution of higher learning in the Sumbagsel region, encompassing the provinces of South Sumatra, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, and Bengkulu. Situated in the city of Bandar Lampung within the province of Lampung, UBL has established itself as a prominent educational institution. The management of UBL is overseen by the Lampung Administration Foundation (YAL).
